You will utilize your creativity, space planning and conceptual skills to develop innovative office designs that accentuate Clients’ corporate image and provide for a pleasant environment to work in.

• Minimum three (1-2) years of experience in the interior design or real estate development industries
• Analyzing and investigating market, demand and competition.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies writing reports.
• Monitoring performance Managing campaigns on social media.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identity new leads and potential.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives; Attending conferences, meetings, and site checking.
• Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/Level/Pre-U/Diploma Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Require Languages: English, Mandarin
• Possess own transport.
• Confident, Self-Motivate, goal-oriental, and team-work.
• To prepare presentation, quotation, proposal, and strategic sales to the potential customer.
• To follow up payment, arrangement and after sales services.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
